Nathan "Nate" Bachus

Over the years of 2002-2012, he held positions in shoutcasting (pre-video), competitior in over 10 titles, referee (WSVG/MLG), LAN organizer, online admin/game manager (CAL/MLG), tournament director (MLG), and startup builder (ReadyUp Servers).

He has been working across industries (engineering, banking, consulting, logistics, and social media) for over ten years crafting his professional skills in project management, software development, devops, architecture, and supporting all divisions of business.

Noah "chumpp" Evans

Noah is a former professional gamer and was part of MLG as an online tournament administrator and LAN ref during college. After departing MLG, he helped Nate build ReadyUp Servers to provide competitve gamers/organizers a solution for constant headaches they encountered during online events.

After graduating with CompSci and Math degrees, he started working as a gameplay programmer for Obsidian Entertainment. Since then, he has been working in building webapps and services for children's learning and large scale advertising technology.

We built GitGud because we wanted to create something unique and fun. We have always enjoyed online gaming, and we hated when that experience was ruined by controllable issues. GitGud is the culmination of our wants as event organizers and as competitve players in a single platform. It's been built by combining the skills we've acquired over the years and developed in the off time we have from day jobs and spouses/kids.

We want to thank our wives for putting up with us over this time and waiting for the time when "It'll run itself at some point" isn't a dream but a reality.
